The James Martial Arts Academy’s mission is to build character, community, and safety through expert instruction in authentic Japanese martial arts. Classes are designed for children, adolescents and adults and allow the individual to develop self esteem, self confidence, and an internal sense of safety and strength in addition to relieving stress in a fun and supportive community! Martial arts classes have been known to benefit growing children far beyond the dojo and in many real-world scenarios. Their structured classes are meant to help develop coordination, physical fitness, emotional and mental strength, as well as gain valuable social skills.
